59th Annual Show - Date 16^th July 2005

How to Enter!.
1	Read the Show Schedule Decide what you and your household would like to enter.
2	Join the Association Join! Ideally we'd like you to send the form with fee to our membership secretary before-hand, but you can join on the day at the show tent.
3	Send in your entry form With the Online Form or Download & print out the form and send it to the Show Secretary, Mr R Brown, Finches Corner, Dorking Road, Chilworth (Tel: 01483 202923) NO LATER THAN MONDAY JULY 11th 2005 Entry form in PDF format Word format
4	Bring your entries to the tent Directions We'll be accepting entries in the show tent Friday 20:00-22:00 and Saturday 06:15-09:45 (NO later - we start Judging then!).

The Show opens at 14:00 - and we'll have all sorts of stalls and entertainments as well as the chance to see the entries in the Show Tent. It closes at 17:00 and we quickly empty the tent (make sure you collect your exhibits) to make way for the Barn-Dance that evening..

Errata: The sharp eyed among you will notice a typo on the cover of the 2005 Show Schedule -it still says 2004!

The Barn Dance starts at 20:00
Tickets are £12.50 for adults and £10.00 for Children (over 8 please) for the dance and meal
There is a licenced bar and 'JIP' will play until about 23:00
Tickets are on-sale at Albury Post Office, Crumbs Bakery in Shere and The William IV in Little London.
